1. Can I return or exchange items?

  • Customized embroidery or printed items can not be returned or exchanged. If your item(s) have arrived damaged with holes, lose stitching, oil/dirt stains or incorrect information.], please contact us with your name and order number at info@threadsofatlanta.com and we can assist you from there!

2. I emailed customer service, how long does it take to receive an response?

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, we will get to your question/issue ASAP.

3. How long does it take to receive my order after purchasing?

  • Please allow 1-2 business days as we prepare your item(s) to ship.
  • After your item(s) have shipped, please allow 2 to 5 business days with delivery.

4. Do you ship outside of the US?

  • Yes, we ship internationally. Orders can take up 7 to 10 business days depending on the carrier. Please following the tracking of the order after it has shipped.
